Shipping policy

At GLAMOURZY, we want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping options, both locally and internationally.

Local Customers:

  • Showroom Pick Up / Free (門市自取 / 免費): You can choose to pick up your order from our showroom at no additional cost.
    Please note the following important information: ＊Orders must be picked up within 30 days from the date of notification email. ＊If orders are not picked up within this period, they will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

  • Local Shipping (本地運送): Enjoy free local shipping on orders over HK$800. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee via SF Express will apply.

    • Door-to-Door Delivery (住宅派送/工商大廈): Starting at HK$30 for 1 KG, with an additional HK$6 for every 0.5 KG.

    • Pick-Up Points (智能櫃、順豐站、順豐自取點): Starting at HK$25 for 1 KG, with an additional HK$5 for every 0.5 KG. 

International Customers:

  • Macau (澳門): Enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$800. Please note that for shipping to Macau, we require the recipient's full Chinese name for customs clearance purposes.

  • Taiwan: Enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$800. When shipping to Taiwan, please provide the recipient's identification number/passport number and full Chinese name in the "Order Notes" section for customs declaration.

  • Singapore: Free shipping on orders over HK$1,200.

  • Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders over HK$2,500.

International Shipping Method:

  • For international customers (except Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore), we use Hong Kong Post for shipping.

  • For Redirection Service, additional freight charges may apply, and transit times may be affected.
  • SF Express reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue services, tariffs, and terms and conditions without prior notice.
