One-Time Size Exchange

  • We are delighted to offer a one-time size exchange for the same style and color within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different styles or process refunds.
  • Refunds are not available.
  • All items from glamcollective(Korea) are not available for exchange and refunds.
  • Minor loose threads, slight deviations, extremely small stains, errors in size of 1-3CM, color differences in photos, and differences in new product smell are considered within an acceptable range and are not considered defects
  • If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt, and we will promptly assist you with the resolution process.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, as indicated.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

For sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Bra pads

Steps for Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number and specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  2. Return Your Item(s): Either bring the item(s) you wish to exchange in their original condition to our store or send them back to us at the following address:
