One-Time Size Exchange
- We are delighted to offer a one-time size exchange for the same style and color within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Important Notes:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different styles or process refunds.
- Refunds are not available.
- All items from glamcollective(Korea) are not available for exchange and refunds.
- Minor loose threads, slight deviations, extremely small stains, errors in size of 1-3CM, color differences in photos, and differences in new product smell are considered within an acceptable range and are not considered defects

If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt, and we will promptly assist you with the resolution process.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, as indicated.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
For sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Accessories
- Underwear
- Socks
- Bra pads
